Refund policy

Due to the global situation caused by COVID-19, the return period for all purchases has been extended to 60 days until the current situation returns to normal. In accordance with our company policy, all returned items must be clean, hygienically tagged, unwashed, stain-free, and with original tags. Returns of items purchased can be made with a 10% discount.

In In case of return, the customer will be responsible for sending the package to our warehouse address.

Refunds will be paid within 7 business days after receiving the original items.

LIO STUDIO does not accept returns or exchanges of international orders that have not been accepted by customers because they have refused to pay taxes in their country of residence.

If a customer requests a refund or exchange and the package is detained by customs on its way to our offices, LIO STUDIO is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.

Refunds or changes withheld at customs in the process of returning to LIO STUDIO will not be the responsibility of the brand.
