We work with a supplier who is responsible for printing and shipping our products. We are communicating with them and we are up to date with their news to be able to notify you of any changes.

Our provider continues to work, so we can continue processing your orders.

Shipping Policies

When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 3 and 7 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you . Shipping time depends on your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This rate is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend that you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.

I have received a wrong product or damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To solve it as soon as possible, send us an email to orders@lio-studio.com in a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

Do you refund the money?

We only offer money backs to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at orders@lio-studio.com and we will find a solution. The garments to be returned must:

  • Have the hygienic protection intact.
  • Come in their original box.
  • They cannot be washed or used. < / li>
  • You must communicate within a maximum period of 60 days from receipt.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color? p>
